Charteris chaplains are not paid by the departments they serve.  All of their funds come from individuals and local churches. Please consider a financial gift to the Foundation. You may specify which chaplain you would like to support. or designate a project, or give to the General Fund to support the organization as a whole.  Over 80% of people who give a gift continue to support us on a regular basis! 90% of contributions go directly to support the Foundation's chaplains as salary or expenses.

Charteris is funded in the following manner:

     15% churches

     3% civic organizations

     10% large one-time gifts

     72% individuals giving monthly

Contributions are tax deducible.
